Swampy

Every artist has his own trademark and even the often misterious Swampy doesn´t escape that trend. Based in Oakland, California, Swampy has created all kind of strange animal creatures and brought them to life in streets from all over the place and has also taken great photos from his journeys.
You might have passed by Swampy’s world somewhere but, if not, we bring it to you.

“JR“ FRENCH ARTIST
A French street artist, in his project he uses streets all over the world as a museum. JR communicates with people through walls, houses and the way images interact with people. Throughout many cities he posted enormous black and white photos on buildings around Paris, on walls in the Middle East, in Africa, or in the Brazilean favelas.
This year, JR has received TED Prize 2011

Can Art turn the world inside out? Maybe JR, a French street artist can answer this question on TED. And you can learn more at insideoutproject.net.
